MATHEWS Funeral Friday Afternoon

Last rites for Ralph MATHEWS, Fairfield resident who died yesterday morning from injuries received when he was struck by a car Monday night, will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home. Dr. L. H. Sch erer (sic - Schnerer?) will be in charge and burial will be in the Crawford cemetery (sic - Roth Cemetery) south of Fairfield.

Mr. MATHEWS was born July 5, 1881, south of Fairfield, the son of the late William and Caroline MATHEWS. He spent his entire life in Jefferson county.

He is survived by one son, Charles, of Corydon, Iowa; and three brothers, Charles and William, Fairfield, and Wilbur of Wisconsin.
