Dorthea Fern Fulton, 82, of 807 W. Taylor Ave., died at 6:35 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at Nelson Nursing Home.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery in Libertyville.

Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established to the Nelson Nursing Home van fund.

She was born Aug. 5, 1922, at home in rural Batavia, the daughter of Dwight P. and Belle Yaley Fulton.

She resided in Batavia and Libertyville until moving to Nelson Nursing Home 20 years ago.

She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville.

Survivors include one sister, Glenna Fordyce of Fairfield; and one brother, Ed Fulton of Ames.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Harold Fulton.
