Lindy Allan GREENFIELD

Lindy Allan GREENFIELD 54, of Mt. Pleasant, died thursday, April 21, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Terry Jerrel officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery (note: in Henry Co., IA).

Friends can call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m.

Mr. GREENFIELD was born Nov. 12, 1961, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Leonard A. and LaVon "Bonnie" TIMMERMAN GREENFIELD. He married Brandi CASSADY. They later divorced.

Mr. GREENFIELD drove a grain truck.

He enjoyed working on cars, going to car shows and was a friend to all in need of help.

Survivors include: his children, Dana McKITTRICK of Mt. Pleasant, Briana GREENFIELD of Boone and Linday Allan GREENFIELD Jr. "Michael Wade Kilbourn" of Muscatine; one grandchild; his mother and stepfather Raymond KAUFMAN of Mt. Pleasant; two brothers, Glen GREENFIELD of Mt. Pleasant, Larry GREENFIELD of Ely; and one sister, Lynette GREENFIELD of Mt. Pleasant.

He was preceded in death by his father.
