Frank M. HAYES

Frank M. HAYES, 67, of Keosauqua, died at 2:57 a.m. today, Thursday, April 7, 2016, at home.

In accordance with his wishes, the body has been cremated and no services are planned.

Memorials to Van Buren County Conservation Program can be mailed to the family at PO Box 395, Keosauqua 52565.

Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua is assisting the family.

Mr. HAYES was born Oct. 19, 1948, in Davenport, the son of Carl and Mildred McNATTON HAYES. He married Rita Jo HERVEY April 25, 1987, at Center Chapel United Methodist Church southeast of Keosauqua.

Mr. HAYES was a truck driver for Shipley Construction in Burlington. He also had been a driver for SEIDA, and he had driven for several other trucking companies.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War (sic - Vietnam Conflict).

Survivors include: his wife; four daughters; one son; one sister, Pamela JOAB of Coralville; and one brother, Thomas HAYES of Elsberry, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; and one infant brother.
