Cooper Jaidan HOUK

Cooper Jaidan HOUK was born stillborn Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

Memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Puppy Jake Foundation. Cards and memorials can be mailed to: Bradley & Brittany HOUK, 1500 Southview Circle in Fairfield.

Cooper was born to Bradley and Brittany (TERRELL) HOUK Feb. 3, 2016 in Iowa City.

Cooper is survived by his parents, Bradley and Brittany HOUK of Fairfield; his grandparents, Tim and Keeta TERRELL of Fairfield, Steve HOUK Jr. of Ottumwa, and Kathy and Ron FINDLEY of Kellogg; great grandparents, Leo and Helen BLOMME, Tim TERRELL, Pat KARTZARTONES, and Nancy HOUK; great-great-grandmother, Dorothy THIELEN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cooper was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Steve HOUK Sr.; and his great grandmother, Rosemary TERRELL.

Behner Funeral Home is helping with arrangements.
