Wanda Mae EDLER

Wanda Mae EDLER, 82, of Fairfield, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at her home.

No service will be held at this time.

Memorials can be made to the family. Cards and memorials can be mailed to Shari BOWMAN, 1004 W. Jefferson Ave., Fairfield 52556. Online condolences can be made at www.behnerfh.com.

Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting with arrangements.

Miss EDLER was born April 29, 1933, the daughter of Charles and Jennie HAVNER EDLER.

She lived most of her life in the Fairfield area.

She was a caretaker most of her life and cared for special-needs children, including her nephews.

Miss EDLER loved cats, children and working on word-search puzzles.

Survivors include: her niece Shari COOK-BOWMAN and husband Bob BOWMAN of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and all her siblings, Louise EDLER, Avis EDLER, Eva COOK, Rex EDLER, Maxine JACKSON, Bud EDLER and Esther KEEN.
