Larry Dean ZERBY, 73, of Stockport and formally (sic - formerly) of New Columbia, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Nathan Chaplain officiating. Burial will be at Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant (note: in Henry Co., IA).
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. ZERBY was born Jan. 23, 1942, the son of Guy and Mildred CARTER ZERBY of Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania. He married Lana OWENS Aug. 28, 1996, in Winchester, Virginia.
Mr. ZERBY had lived in Iowa for 15 years. He worked 40 years as a carpenter/construction worker with most of those years being self-employed.
He enjoyed hunting, cooking, playing cards, doing woodworking/carpentry, and building furniture in his workshop. He enjoyed visiting with family, friends and his dog Casey.
Mr. ZERBY attended Stockport Christian Church.
Survivors include: his wife; children, Mike ZERBY and wife Bonnie of Milton, Pennsylvania, Michele MOWERY of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and James ZERBY of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Shirley MABUS of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; and one brother, Dale ZERBY.
