Amber Lynn PILCHER, 23, of Fairfield, died at 6:27 p.m. Thursday Nov. 19, 2015, in the emergency room of Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesdy at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. D.J. Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Leando Cemetery, Douds (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).
Visitation, with family present, will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The casket will remain closed.
Memorials to the family can be left at the funeral home or mailed to 400 Heatherwood Circle, Fairfield 52556.
Mrs. PILCHER was born July 8, 1992, in Fairfield, the daughter of R. Wayne and Crystal BERRY WILCOX. She married Jacob PILCHER March 22, 2014, in Hillsboro.
She grew up in Douds and graduated from Fairfield High School in Fairfield.
She worked in customer support services at Cambridge Investment Research in Fairfield. She had worked as a teacher's aide at Douds School in Douds.
She had attended Christ United Methodist Church in Douds.
Survivors include: her husband; one son, Jaxen; and one daughter, Alleigh PILCHER at home; her mother and stepfather, Crystal and Charles WEAVER; one brother, Chance WILCOX; one sister, Sara WEAVER; and grandparents, Linda BERRY, with Dale Weller, of Douds, and Joyce WEAVER, also of Douds.
She was preceded in death by: her father; and grandparents, Gary BERRY, Jack WEAVER and Mary RAY.
