Marilyn June HINKLE

Marilyn June HINKLE passed away August 21, 2015, in Mesa, Arizona.

She was born June 28, 1931, to Glenn E. and Marie M. HAGEL HOSLER and was raised on their farm near Veo, east of Pleasant Plain.

She married Richard Dean HINKLE Feb. 16, 1952.

Marilyn was a registered nurse and worked at the Fairfield hospital and also at Parkview Care Center. She later helped Richard at their lawn equipment business, R&M Sales and Service, and on a farm they purchased southeast of Libertyville.

They retired to Wickenburg, Arizona, in 1983, where Marilyn did some part-time nursing and also volunteered countless hours feeding the hungry through her church.

She and Richard lived in Wickenburg for 25 years and also enjoyed a summer home in Brookings, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 2001, and older sister, Pat, and a cherished younger brother Mike.

She is survived by five children: Brenda ABBOTT of Prescott, AZ., Sandra JORDON (Charlie - deceased) of Springdale, AR., Rich HINKLE (Kim) of Mesa, AZ., Chris HINKLE (Norma) of Niles, Ohio, and Kurt HINKLE of Erie, PA., 8 grandchildrenl (sic) several stepgrandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

A service as (sic - was) held for her Sept. 8 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mesa.

A memorial service or (sic - for) her will also be held Oct. 18 at noon at the Fairfield Senior Citizen Center.

Donations may be made in her memory to: St. Vincent de Paul, 420 W. Watkins, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

She was loved beyond measure.
