Robert Lynn TAYLOR

Robert Lynn TAYLOR, 46, formerly of Fairfield, died Thursday, July 2, 2015, at his home.

Per his wishes the body has been cremated.

Behner Funeral Home and Crematory in Fairfield is helping the family with arrangements.

Visitation for family and friends will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the VFW in Fairfield.

Mr. TAYLOR was born on Aug. 9, 1968, in Nuremburg, Germany, the son of Ronald and Emma KIRKPATRICK TAYLOR. He married Kelly LOSURE Dec. 29, 1992.

He grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He moved to Fairfield in 1992.

He worked as a self-employed contractor in the Fairfield community for 18 years.

He enjoyed arrowhead hunting, camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include: his wife, Kelly TAYLOR; five children, Shawnty KLINE of Pennsylvania, Ryan TAYLOR of Fairfield, Rebekah TAYLOR of Fairfield, John LANE of Fairfield and Greg LANE of Fairfield; two brothers, Ronnie TAYLOR and Brett TAYLOR, both of Fountain, Colorado; one sister Nancy CRABTREE of Coralville; his mother of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his stepmother Anita TAYLOR of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his father.
