Parker Carey WITHROW, 65, of Packwood, died Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The funeral is planned for 10 a.m. Saturday at Packwood Christian Church in Packwood, with the Rev. Frosty Van Voorst officiating. Military rites will be held after the service at the church. Burial will at (sic) Novinger Cemetery in Novinger, Missouri.
Open visitation will start at 2 p.m. Friday, with family present from 5-8 p.m. at Packwood Christian Church.

Behner Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. WITHROW was born Sept. 25, 1949, in Livonia, Missouri, the son of Clarence Leroy and Nina Bernice RAY WITHROW. He married Barbara Ann SHARP April 8, 1973, in Edina, Missouri.
He graduated from Novinger High School in Novinger, Missouri, then joined the Navy and served during the Vietnam War (sic - Vietnam Conflict).
Mr. WITHROW had worked for the Rock Island Railroad, Dickey's Transport and Foodliner in Eddyville as a mechanic.
His pastimes included hunting, fishing and attending stock car races.
Survivors include: his wife, Barbara WITHROW; four daughters, Cindy BOHRN and husband Mike of Williamsburg, Barb RUTHERFORD and husband Mike of Packwood, Tammy WITHROW and Sarah WITHROW, both of Fairfield; two sons, Paul WITHROW and wife Monique of Modesto, California, and Ronnie WITHROW of Fairfield; five grandchildren; four sisters, Margie DEAN, Sandra DUNAWAY, Louise HUGGINS and Debra SWANN; and two brothers, Ruben WITHROW and Charles WITHROW.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; one sister, Dorothy CORNELISON; and one brother Darl SHRAKE.
