Tyson Daniel MONDIA

Tyson Daniel MONDIA, 10-days-old, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

A private family funeral service is set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Grace Family Church near Ollie, with the Rev. Dar Eckley officiating. Burial will be in the Friends Cemetery, Richland.

Gifts to a memorial to be designated by the family can be mailed to the family at 32021 Keokuk Washington Road, Richland 52585.

Pedrick Funeral Home is assisting the family.

The infant was born Nov. 28, 2014, in Washington, Iowa, the son of Davin and April JOHNSON MONDIA.

During his 10 days on earth, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.

Survivors include: his parents and one brother, Dagin MONDIA, all of Richland; grandparents, Reta MONDIA of Fairfield, Finley MONDIA of Richland, Joyce and Steve SNOOK of Bloomfield and Judy JOHNSON of Agency; and three great-grandparents.

He was preceded in death by one grandfather, Daniel JOHNSON.
