HARRY F. JACOBS

Harry F. JACOBS, 83, of 528 S. Seventh, died at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, at St. Francis Continuation Care Center.

He was born May, 1, 1893, in rural Lockridge, the son of Albert and Clara ANDERSON JACOBS. He married Esther WASSON Oct. 18, 1935, in Burlington. She died July 17, 1969. He was a retired custodian of the First National Bank, and a Lutheran.

Surviving: Three sons, Bernard, Las Vegas, Nev., Albert, Burlington, and Lloyd, New London; daughter, Clara JACOBS, Burlington; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, Lunning chapel; Rev. Laurence Garrett, Memorial Park cemetery.
