Peyton Jane Sarchett, 3-months old, of Bonaparte died at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

The funeral will be held at 10 am. Saturday at Bonaparte United Church, with the Rev. Catie Newman officiating. Burial will be in Center Point Cemetery in Center Point, with a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, where family will be present from 7-8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family and left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at PO Box 172, Bonaparte 52620.

The baby was born Jan. 20, 2004, in Ottumwa. the daughter of Julia Sarchett.

She was baptized Easter Sunday, April 11, in Bonaparte United Church.

Survivors include her mother of Bonaparte; grandmother, Janice Sarchett of Bonaparte; grandfather Mark Hickle of Bonaparte; great-grandmother, Anna Jane Hepker of Wayland.

She was preceded in death by one grandfather, Ronald Sarchett.
