LIBERTYVILLE - Hazel F. PARKER, 85, of Libertyville died at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 1993, at Jefferson County Hospital.
She was born July 18, 1907, at her parents' farm near Batavia. She was the daughter of Rollin and Ethel SAWVELL SHEETS.
PARKER grew up in the Batavia area, graduating from Batavia High School. She lived her entire life in the Batavia and Libertyville areas.
She married Keith L. PARKER on June 9, 1925, at Washington, Iowa. A homemaker, she was active with her husband in their farming operation. She was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church and was active in the Libertyville community.
Surviving are her husband; one son, Gene PARKER of Libertyville; three grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth SHEETS of Libertyville.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith TURNIPSEED.
The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m Wednesday at Faith United Methodist Church at Libertyville, the Rev. Carl Riggs officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery near Libertyville.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials have been established to Faith United Methodist Church and the Fell Cemetery Association.
