Michael Wayne LEAZER

Michael Wayne LEAZER, 60, of Fairfield, died Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Parkview Care Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated.

Mr. LEAZER was born July 16, 1953, in Fairfield, the son of Victor Arlo and Naomi HOWARD LEAZER.

He worked as a maintenance man at Fairfield Hotel.

He was an avid TV watcher of "NCIS LA" and enjoyed listening to music.

Survivors include two daughters, Stephnie KNAPIK of Des Moines and Karen SHADWICK of Ottumwa; one sister, Christine LEAZER of Fairfield; and four grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandparents, Guy and Edith LEAZER and Jay and Alberta HOWARD.
