Wade William CHRISTOFFERSON

Wade William CHRISTOFFERSON, 26, of Fairfield, formerly of Postville, died Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Postville, with the Rev. Steve Brackett officiating. Burial will follow at the Postville Cemetery in Postville (note: in Allamakee Co., IA).

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the church and also one hour before services Friday at the church.

Schutte-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Postville is handling arrangements.

Schutte-Grau Funeral Home has a full obituary on their website which provides the following facts: Wade was born February 1, 1988, to William and Joyce MOORE CHRISTOFFERSON. He graduated from Postville High School in 2007, Marietta College in 2011, and was working at SunnyBrook Living Care Center in Fairfield. Wade is survived by his parents, fianceé Jaimie Johnson, sisters Amy HENRY and Jill CHRISTOFFERSON, nephews Ryder and Raylan HENRY, and grandmother Joan MOORE. He was preceded by his grandfather Clarence MOORE, grandparents Leo and Ramona CHRISTOFFERSON, and aunt and uncle Melon and Myron HORNS.
