Mrs. BRINKLEY Taken In Death

Mable BRINKLEY, 77, died this morning at the Jefferson County Hospital.

The body was taken from the Weston Behner funeral Home to the Metzler Memorial Home in Bloomington, Ill., where services will be held. The family would appreciate memorials to the cancer fund.

Mrs. BRINKLEY was born Aug. 28, 1896 in Jefferson County, the daughter of Joseph and Addie JAMES STEELE. She was married to Logan BRINKLEY who died Nov. 8, 1973.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Maude McWHIRTER, Mrs. Edna CARR and Hester STEELE all of Fairfield.
