M. BRECHLER rites

LIBERTYVILLE - Services for Mabel PEEBLER BRECHLER, 97, who died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday at Parkview Care Center, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville with the Rev. Mary Ann Bernard officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield beginning this evening. Memorials have been established to Faith United Methodist Church and Parkview Care Center Recreation Fund.

Mrs. BRECHLER was born July 30, 1889 in Libertyville, the daughter of Burke S. and Emma Jane HEALD BISHOP. She married Raymond PEEBLER Feb. 14, 1912. He died May 12, 1956. In June, 1961, she married George BRECHLER, who died June 11, 1985. She lived her entire life in the Libertyville community, where she was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and WSCS. She had been a school teacher in rural Jefferson county schools.

Surviving are two brothers, Sherman BISHOP of Fairfield, Charles BISHOP of Lockridge; one sister, Margaret JENSEN of Woodburn, Ore.; several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
