Note: At this point, the above announcement is all I have on hand for her; there will likely be a complete obituary in an issue of the paper I haven't received yet. Meantime, the Grace Funeral Care website does have a complete obituary, which provides: Willa Mae was the daughter of Charles and Grace PARKER, born January 19, 1931, and married Denver OSTRANDER Feb. 4, 1950, in Batavia, IA. She graduated Farson High School in 1949 and worked for a short time at Morrison Chevrolet in Batavia before her children were born. She and Denver farmed since 1963, and she was a member of Arbor Vitae Chapter #327, OES. She liked quilting, animals, sports and farming. She is survived by husband Denver and four children, Norma THARP, Dennis (Peggy), Nancy (Bruce) McCLURE, and Douglas (Marcy). Preceding her were her parents and one brother, Kenneth PARKER. Services held March 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Funeral Care in Batavia, with burial in Batavia Cemetery. Memorials to Eldon Senior Meals in Eldon, IA.

When I receive the paper with the complete obituary it will be added to this posting.
