Susan KRAUS

Susan L. KRAUS, 52, of 2714 189th Blvd., died of a heart attack at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2005, at Merchy Medical Center in Centerville.

The funeral is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Sandra Hanna officiating.

Burial will be Thursday morning in Grandfork United Church of Christ Cemetery in Highland, Ill.

Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. KRAUS was born Dec. 5, 1952, in Burbank, Ill., the daughter of Harold and Dorothy KLAUS JEFFREY. She married Dale D. KRAUS Sept. 11, 1971, in Oak Lawn, Ill.

She was a receptionist at Fairfield Veterinary Clinic for a number of years. Prior to that, she was a clerk at Martin Drug. She also was a homemaker and a mother.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband of Faifield; one son, Dan KRAUS and wife Amanda of Chicago, Ill.; two daughters, Jennifer KEARNEY and husband Andrew of Waynesboro, VA., and Julia KRAUS of Harrisburg, VA.; and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda; and one brother, David.
