Dorothy C. DOBSON

Dorothy C. DOBSON, 78, 1000 W. Broadway Ave., died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 1992, at Jefferson County Hospital.

Arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home.

Mrs. DOBSON was born Sept. 4, 1913, at Keokuk, the daughter of Eugene and Caroline STROHMAN PHILLIPS. She grew up in Keokuk and graduated from Keokuk High School in 1932. She was a charter member of Eagles Auxiliary and a member of the Presbyterian church in Keokuk. She married Joseph L. DOBSON on June 30, 1936, at Macomb, Ill. He survives.

Also surviving are a son, Joseph of Utica, Mich.; a daughter, Sandra Jean JUDGE of Comanche and five grandchildren. Her parents, a brother and three sisters preceded her in death.

Admin. note: Dorothy and husband Joseph are buried in Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk, Lee County, IA. Joseph died January 10, 1997.
