Dorothy BAINBRIDGE, 83, of Fairfield, died today, Jan. 2, 2014, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

Arrangements are pending at Behner Funeral Home & Crematory.

Dorothy BAINBRIDGE

Dorothy BAINBRIDGE, 83 of Fairfield, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at Parkview Care Center.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Memorials and cards can be sent to P.O. Box 1328 Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. BAINBRIDGE was born Sept. 3, 1930, in Galesburg, Ill., the daughter of Samuel BARBER and Vernice MILLER BARBER. She married Robert BAINBRIDGE of Fairfield. He died May 31, 2005.

She worked as a secretary for the Fairfield Glass Co. for 30 years.

She was a member of the VFW, Eagles, Elks Lodge and Walton Club.

Survivors include three children, Mickey "Mic" BAINBRIDGE and spouse Pam of Birmingham, Tony BAINBRIDGE of Eldon and Jimmy "Jim" BAINBRIDGE of Fairfield; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one great-granddaughter.

A memorial gathering for Dorothy BAINBRIDGE begins at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Fairfield VFW Post.

All family and friends are invited to come and share memories of Mrs. BAINBRIDGE who died Jan. 2, 2014 in Fairfield.
