Luanne M. ROBERTS

Luanne M. ROBERTS, 56, of Floris died at 1:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at Good Samaritan Society of Ottumwa.

Arrangements are pending at Grace Funeral Care in Eldon.

In the meantime, Grace Funeral Care's website posted a full obituary which provides the following: Luanne suffered from cancer and passed away peacefully. Services are Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon and burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery near Floris. Visitation begins at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with family present from 4:00-6:00. She was born October 27, 1957, in IN, to parents Delbert and Louise WEIGMANN HORMANN. She first married George REBOL, Jr., and second Darrell 'Pudge' ROBERTS. She is survived by husband Darrell, two sons Cody and Jason (Nicole), stepchildren Darrell, Deana (Brad) HORNEY, and Carrie, seven grandchildren, two sisters Lucinda HOPWOOD and Leisa CLOKE, three brothers, Donald (Suzanne), David (Beverly) and Darrell, several nieces and nephews, and a special friend Cathy Lawson; her parents and an infant sister, Lorraine, preceded her. She worked at Res/Care Optima in Bloomfield and more recently as a dietary aide at Jefferson County Health Center. Her interests were reading, watching movies, bowling, and spending time with family and friends. A memorial fund is being established.
