E.V. KELLEY Dies At 67

Ernest V. KELLEY, 67, 105 E. Hempstead, died Sunday at 8:45 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital following a serious illness of two months.

Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Ned Gillum officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

A lifetime resident of this community, KELLEY was a custodian at the Jefferson County Hospital for 12 years before his retirement.

He was born Feb. 20, 1906 in Jefferson County, the son of Gust and Myrtle BOLEY KELLEY. He was married to Selma HART March 12, 1931.

Surviving are his widow; one son, Everett, Fairfield; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Dale DAVISON, Fairfield.

KELLEY was a veteran of World War II, a member of the First Christian Church, Eagles Lodge and the American Legion.
