Martha Esther Thompson, 91, of Lee's Summit, Mo., died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, at Lee's Summit Hospital.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Feb. 15. The burial of cremains will he held at a later date at Lee's Summit Historical Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Fairfield Public Library.

Survivors include one son, Richard K. Thompson and wife Bonnie of Fairfield; one daughter, Ann E. Gary of Fairfield; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Royce L. Thompson and Al Joos; and one grandson.
