Services for Keith A. "Pinkie" PRIZER, 80, who died Thursday morning, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Clair Odell officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorials to Jefferson County Hospital or First United Methodist Church.
PRIZER was born July 31, 1903 in Brighton, the son of Samuel and Rachel SWISHER PRIZER. He grew up in Brighton and graduated from Parsons College. He taught school at Cincinatti, Iowa, at Exline, and for 14 years at Fairfield High School. he also was employed at Louden Machinery Company before his retirement. He married Lois BARNES July 13, 1929 at the home of his sister in Columbus Junction.
Surviving are his wife and a sister, Juanita HUSTON of Columbus Junction. His parents and four brothers preceded him in death.
PRIZER was a member of First United Methodist Church and a 50-year member and past master of Masonic Lodge, Clinton Lodge 15.
