Terry GONTERMAN

Terry GONTERMAN, 63, of the Kilbourn community southwest of Birmingham, died at 1:17 a.m. today, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, at Iowa City Veterans Administration Health Care Center.

Arrangements are pending at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Terry R. GONTERMAN, 63, of the Kilbourn community southwest of Birmingham died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, at Iowa City Veterans Administration Health Care Center.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Keosauqua Vets Club. The gody has been cremated. Burial of cremains will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery north of Douds.

Memorials to the family may be brought to the celebration or mailed to the family at 501 First St., Keosauqua 52565.

Pedrick Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Mr. GONTERMAN was born Nov. 25, 1949, in Fairfield, the son of Ralph and Betty FERREL GONTERMAN. He had been married to Kathryn DAVIS and Lori WELLS.

Survivors include two sons, Travis GONTERMAN of Stockport and Dustin GONTERMAN and spouse Allison of Birmingham; one daughter, Denae WARD of Keosauqua; seven grandchildren; his mother; and one sister, Connie BLAISE of Kilbourn.

He was preceded in death by his father and one son, Darrell GONTERMAN.
