Gloria R. WITT

Gloria R. WITT, 68, formerly of Libertyville, died at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at Good Samaritan Society-Van Buren in Keosauqua, where she lived for one month.

A funeral is at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Gordon Oliver officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery north of Douds.

Visitation with family present is 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral.

Gifts to a memorial to be designated by the family may be brought to the funeral home or mailed to the family at 5002 West Willow Highway, Lansing, MI 48917-1579.

Ms. WITT was born Oct. 25, 1944, in Fairfield, the daughter of Paul L. and Esther PEARSON WITT.

She lived in Libertyville except for 12 years, when she lived near St. Johns, Mich. She graduated from Rodney Wilson High School in Michigan.

Survivors include two brothers, Charles WITT of Lansing, Mich. and Cullen WITT of Topeka, Kan.; and one sister, Freda WITT of Edina, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
