D. HARRISON Dies At 64

Denver O. HARRISON, 64, Jefferson County farmer, died suddenly about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, the Maynard EDWARDSes, north of Stockport.

HARRISON was born Sept. 8, 1913 in Wapello county, the son of Walter and Mary MOWERY HARRISON. On April 6, 1935 he married Helen NEISWANGER at the Little Brown Church, Nashua. The couple's farm home is five miles north of Stockport.

HARRISON was a member of First United Methodist Church in Fairfield and Stockport Lions Club.

Surviving are his wife: two daughters, Carolyn EDWARDS of Stockport, Janet MOODY of Ida Grove; five grandchildren; three sisters, Blanche COPELAND, Faith HARRISON, Viola SALTS and three brothers, Harold, Fred and Walter Jr., all of Fairfield. One brother preceded him in death.

Services will be Friday, 1:30 p.m., at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne L. Bartruff officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight, 7 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 15TH DAY OF MARCH, 1978, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DENVER O. HARRISON DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 29TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1963, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT HELEN MARIE HARRISON WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
