Loren 'Red' GARRISON

Services for Loren "Red" GARRISON, 76, of Chariton formerly of Fairfield will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

Family will receive friends today from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences for the family may be left at www.pierschbacherfuneralhome.com .

Red passed away June 14th at the Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, Iowa. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marjorie; stepson, Larry McNEW; siblings: Flint GARRISON, Gary GARRISON, Monte GARRISON, and Cindy CARTER. Also surviving is his aunt, Ruth HALL and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Wilford and Esther CORNELL GARRISON; sisters: Collene BRANCH and Nancy THOMAS; and stepson, Ronald McNEW.
