Wednesday, April 12, 1978G. FILLINGER Dies At 60
LOCKRIDGE - Gilbert J. FILLINGER, 60, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon at his farm home three miles northeast of Lockridge.
The services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Lockridge Baptist Church. The Rev. Richard L. Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in Lockridge Cemetery.
Visitation is set for Thursday from 7 until 8 p.m. at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.
FILLINGER was born Dec. 8, 1917 at Lockridge, the son of Gay Hart and Sophia LINNEMAN FILLINGER. He was married to Lucille SPRAY on Aug. 16, 1940 at Memphis, Mo. He had lived a lifetime in the Lockridge Community.
He is survived by his wife and three sons, Donald, Gary and Ronald FILLINGER all of Route 1, Lockridge; two grandchildren; two brothers, Robert FILLINGER, Denver, Colo., and Harold FILLINGER, Fort Smith, Ark.
