Tanna J. ROBERTS, 53, of rural Birmingham, died at 7:29 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery (note: in Van Buren Co., IA).
Visitation begins at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with family present 5-7 p.m.
Memorials to the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 21563 110th St., Birmingham 52535.
Mrs. ROBERTS was born Oct. 18, 1959 in Keosauqua, the daughter of Rollin and Gloria WARNER DAVIS. She married Thomas ROBERTS July 28, 1979, at Miller Chapel, south of Ottumwa.
She graduated from Cardinal High School and Indian Hills Community College in the medical field.
She was a certified nursing assisting and certified medication aide, working for many years at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua and Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Jennifer SINN of Birmingham; one son, Thomas J. ROBERTS and spouse JoAdda of Douds; one brother, William DAVIS of Eldon; two sisters, Ronda LEWMAN of rural Douds and Jeanna DAVIS of Eldon; her father, Rollin DAVIS of Eldon; one grandmother, Alice DAVIS of Douds; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother; three grandparents, Varold DAVIS, and David and Mary WARNER; and one infant brother, Rollin DAVIS Jr.
