Alma S. BORNTRAGER

Alma S. BORNTRAGER, 86 of Harwood, Mo., formerly of rural Milton, died at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Eldon YODER of rural Milton.

A funeral is at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Eldon Ray YODER residence in rural Milton, Burial will be in the Lebanon Amish Cemetery (note - in Van Buren Co., IA).

Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua assisted the family.

Mrs. BORNTRAGER was born Feb. 3, 1927, at Yoder, Kan., the daughter of Sam R. and Lizzie D. YODER BORNTRAGER. She married Joseph BORNTRAGER Nov. 15, 1945. He died June 23, 2001.

She had lived in rural Milton and was a farm homemaker.

Survivors include three sons, Floyd BORNTRAGER and wife Elizabeth of Coalgate, Okla., Levi BORNTRAGER and wife Emma of Stella, Mo., and Rudy BORNTRAGER and wife Susie of Kalona; four daughters, Lizzie MAST and husband Mose of Walker, Mo., Ada MILLER and husband Harvey of Harwood, Mo., Mary YODER and husband Eldon Ray of Milton, and Fannie SCHROCK and husband Mahlon of Harwood; 32 grandchildren; 90 great-grandchildren; three brothers, David BORNTRAGER, Willard BORNTRAGER and Rudy BORNTRAGER, all of Missouri; and one sister, Elnora GIROD in Kentucky.
