Rites for Mrs. RINEHART

Maxine RINEHART, 70, 302 W. Washington Street, died Friday at 12:15 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient seven months.

Memorial services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Carl B. Riggs officiating. The body will be cremated and inurnment will be at a later date.

The family will receive friends in Fellowship Hall after the services. Arrangements are in charge of the Behner Funeral Home.

The daughter of Othello and Loral GRAVES SIZEMORE, she was born Dec. 26, 1910 in Lancaster, Mo.

She was united in marriage to Andrew "Mac" RINEHART on March 4, 1931 in Oskaloosa. He died Sept. 2, 1978.

Mrs. RINEHART had worked as a teller for the Union Bank and Trust Company of Ottumwa and was a homemaker.

The RINEHARTs had lived in the Fairfield Community since 1941.

Maxine was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, a ruling elder in the church, a member of Alpha Cirlce (sp), United Presbyterian Women and the Chancel Choir.

She was a longtime member of the Jefferson County Hospital Auxiliary, a board member and a past president. She was a Red Cross Gray Lady.

She is survived by one son, Dick RINEHART, Fairfield, one daughter, Sara (Sally) NEFF, Fairfield, and four grandchildren.
