Mrs. WIIK dies at 84

Myrtle LARSON WIIK, 84, former Fairfield resident, died Thursday in Minneapolis, Minn.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. WIIK was born March 31, 1896 in Fairfield, the daughter of Claus Levi and Hulda LARSON. She was a teacher in Minneapolis schools for 45 years. She was also a member of the Fourth Church of Christ of Minneapolis.

Mrs. WIIK is survived by a daughter, Mary PETERSON, Granada Hills, Calif.; a son, Edward, Minneapolis; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a cousin of Elise Mae EVANS of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred WIIK, and one sister.
