Anita Dawn FAULK

Anita Dawn FAULK, 55, of Fairfield, died Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A memorial service is at 6 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

The family will gather for a meal at the VFW after the service.

Visitation for family and friends is 5-6 p.m., the hour before the service Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorals may be made to the family. Cards and memorials can be sent to 315 St. 15th St., Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. FAULK was born Sept. 28, 1957, in Davenport, the daughter of Keith and Erma CRAFTON WILLIAMS. She married Everardo M. ARREOLA Sr., and they later divorced.

She lived most of her life in the Fairfield community.

She was employed in home care and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her parents; four children, April SWANSON and spouse Roy of Richland, Sandra JOHNSON and spouse Phil of Birmingham, Juan ARREOLA and Evarardo ARREOLA Jr., both of Fairfield; three grandchildren; and one half-sister, Denise PEASE.
