Linda LEE LUNSFORD

Linda LEE LUNSFORD, age 70 of Fairfield, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Linda was born November 22, 1942, in Fairfield to Harry and Mildred TWEEDY LEE.

Linda graduated from Fairfield High School in 1961.

She lived her entire life in the Fairfield community.

Linda worked at Walmart in the customer service department for 21 years.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Linda was united in marriage to Frank LUNSFORD on December 6, 1997 at the First United Methodist Church in Fairfield.

Linda was preceded in death by her grandparents and her parents.

Survivors include her husband: Frank of Fairfield; 2 sons: Alan and Peg HICKENBOTTOM of Mt. Pleasant; Robert and Liz HICKENBOTTOM of Packwood; 2 grandsons: Alex and Adam HICKENBOTTOM of Mt. Pleasant; step daughter: Margie SALES of Fairfield; 1 brother: Guerdon LEE and wife Juanita of Fairfield; 2 sisters: Margaret MILLARD of Mt. Pleasant; Marilyn SHEETS and husband Jim of Ames.

A funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Family will receive friends at 2 p.m., one hour prior to service time.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice Compassus.

Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
