Joan Dolores GUENTHER

Joan Dolores GUENTHER, 84, of Fairfield, died Saturday, Feb, 23, 2013, at home.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to donor's choice. Memorials and cards can be mailed to P.O. Box 666, Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. GUENTHER was born June 26, 1928, in Buffalo, N. Y., the daughter of Joseph P. and Evelyn HUFNAGEL FRISCH. She married Melvin W. GUENTHER Feb. 7, 1948, in Wilmette, Ill. He died Sept. 20, 2005.

She was a homemaker and an avid collector of a wide range of art objects.

Survivors include two sons, Glenn W. "Will Gunn" GUENTHER of Fairfield and David P. GUENTHER and spouse Wynn of Hendersonville, Tenn., and two grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
