DAVISSON funeral is Tuesday

The funeral service for Hazel DAVISSON will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Kaufman and the Rev. Ed Parker officiating.

DAVISSON, 82, of 204 N. Main St., died Friday, June 24, 1988, at the Nelson Nursing Home.

She was born Oct. 28, 1905, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Clarence and May Ann TWEDDY (sic - TWEEDY) EVANS. She married Burl DAVISSON Dec. 16, 1925. He died Dec. 24, 1965.

She was a homemaker and had worked at the Nelson Nursing Home.

She is survived by one daughter, Wilma SCHULTZ of Fairfield; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Darrell, and one sister, Minnie CARR.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be 7-8 p.m. Monday.
