William O. FOGLESONG, 90, of Keosauqua, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012 at his home.

Arrangements are pending at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua.

William O. FOGLESONG

William O. FOGLESONG, 90, of Keosauqua died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at his home.

The funeral is set for 11 a.m. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, with the Rev. Dennis Hoffman officiating.

Visitation will open at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with family present 5-7 p.m.

Memorials to Keosauqua Senior Center may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 1962 Libertyville Road, Fairfield 52556.

Mr. FOGLESONG was born Dec. 25, 1922, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Neil and Vera HARTMAN FOGLESONG. He married Mary Ann DOCHY in 1952 in Las Vegas. She died Nov. 28, 1997.

Mr. FOGLESONG grew up in Cedar Rapids, served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II, lived many years in California where he was a supervisor with Pacific Telephone Co. and moved to Keosauqua in 1993. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Farmington.

Survivors include one son, John FOGLESONG; and two sisters, Madge YOUNG and Donna SMUTZ.
