N. TUCKER dies at 85

Nina I. TUCKER, 85, longtime resident of Fairfield, died suddenly at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 702 S. Seventh Street.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Batavia with the Rev. Robert A. Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Behner Funeral Home.

Mrs. TUCKER had made her home in the Fairfield Community for over 75 years and was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church.

Nina I. TUCKER was born Nov. 28, 1895, at Libertyville. She was the daughter of Alfred and Catherine BONNETT LAWSON. Her marriage to George C. TUCKER took place Sept. 2, 1919, at Fairfield.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Barbara TUCKER, Fairfield; two sons, George L. TUCKER, Jr., Fairfield, and the Rev. Paul R. Tucker, Duluth, Minn.; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a sister, Fay LAWSON, Fairfield.

Mrs. TUCKER was preceded in death by one son, four brothers and two sisters.
