Margaret PEARSON

BATAVIA - Margaret L. PEARSON, 58, of Batavia, died suddenly at her home at 4:20 p.m. Saturday.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Robert Connor officiating. Burial will be in Batavia Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where memorials to the American Diabetes Association may be left.

The daughter of Theron and Mae SHELTON COCHRAN, Mrs. PEARSON was born Aug. 9, 1928 in Jefferson County, where she lived all her life. On Feb. 11, 1950 in Jefferson County, she married John H. PEARSON, who survives.

Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Les and Maria PEARSON of Tulsa, Okla.; four grandchildren; three brothers, Harold COCHRAN of Ames, Bruce COCHRAN of Fairfield, Dwight COCHRAN of Monroe and one sister, Barbara McNEIL of Stoughton, Wis. Her parents and a sister preceded her in death.

Mrs. PEARSON had been a secretary for First National Bank and for 19 years for Great Plains Gas Company. She attended the Batavia Methodist Church.
