George HANSON, an old resident of Lockridge Township..... passed away Saturday morning in the 77th year of his age. He was a native of Lancashire, England, and came to this country when a young man. He was a woolworker by trade, and early in the '50's operated a carding machine and other machinery on the east side of Skunk river at the point known was Millspaugh's Mill. During the war he engaged in similar work just north of Lockridge, and the building he occupied is still standing....
