Leona F. HARNESS

Leona F. HARNESS, 75, 401 E. Kirkwood Ave., died at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, 1992, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Royar officiating. Following the service, the body will be cremated and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. Family visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Fairfield Park and Recreational Department.

Mrs. HARNESS was born Sept. 5, 1916, in Fairfield, the daughter of Guy and Anna COOK WILLIAMS. She married Richard HARNESS on July 25, 1936, at First United Methodist Church in Fairfield. He survives. A homemaker, she had lived all of her life in the Fairfield community.
