Mrs. MANNING's Funeral Friday

Last rites for Mrs. Georgia MANNING, 86, will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home. The Rev. Wade Dillavou will officiate. Burial will be in the Brethren Cemetery, northwest of Libertyville.

Mrs. MANNING died Wednesday morning at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since Monday. She had made her home with her daughters for the past several years, moving last August to Maplewood Manor in Keota.

Mrs. MANNING was born March 22, 1886, in the Mount Union-Yarmouth Communities in Des Moines County, the daughter of George and Lydia WILKERSON PITZINGER.

She was married to William C. (Billy) MANNING in 1910 at the home of her parents at Libertyville. He preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 1927. She was also preceded in death by one infant daughter, two sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Bernard (Isobel) TEETER of Fairfield, Mrs. Alfred (Dorothy) McCRACKEN of Brighton and Mrs. Charles (Wilda) RAMSEY of Phoenix, Ariz., six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one brother, Grover PITZINGER of Libertyville and two sisters, Anna PITZINGER of Libertyville and Mrs. Charles ISRAEL of Eldon.

She was a member of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church, south of Libertyville.
