Mrs. Theresa Lyn HUERTA, 40 died at 11:17 Thursday morning at the Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Ill. She had been a patient there for two weeks.

Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home, Fairfield, with the Rev. J.E. Dorman officiating. Interment will be at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. HUERTA was born in Kirksville, Mo., the daughter of Wiley and Opal ROBERTSON POLLOCK, on Aug. 21, 1936. She was reared and educated in Memphis, Mo.

Surviving her are her husband Robert HUERTA, two sons and a daughter. Donn Curtis is in the Marine Corps in Alaska. Franklin is living at home in Hinsdale along with Kimberly Opal.

Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Russell CLOUGH, Fairfield, one brother, Harvey COFFMAN, Wayland, Mo., and Mrs. HUERTA's parents.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
