Sharon J. COOK, 67, of Milton, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at Hospice of Wapello and Davis Counties in Ottumwa. Arrangements are pending at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Sharon J. "Sherry" COOK, 67, of Milton, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at Hospice of Wapello and Davis Counties in Ottumwa.

A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua with the Rev. Kevin Mote officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Milton.

Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with family present from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to Sunnyside Cemetery and may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at t407 (sic) W. Jackson St., New London 52645.

Ms. COOK was born Aug. 26, 1945 in Ottumwa, the daughter of Estle and Gwendolyn PRICE GOODEN. She had been married to Don MARKLEY, Pete UTZINGER and Bill COOK. Her marriages ended in divorce.

Ms. COOK graduated from Fox Valley High School.

She worked many years at Barker, LTD., in Keosauqua. In retirement she managed Milton Towers Apartments.

She was a member of Milton Christian Church and had been a member of Ottumwa Eagles.

Survivors include one son, Lance MARKLEY and spouse Rochelle HINDERLITER of Fairview, Ill.; one daughter, Tina OLIVER and spouse Dave of New London; two sisters, Marsha HARWARD, and Rhonda WOODRUFF both of Milton; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Rusty UTZINGER.
