Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" KNERR, 47, of Washington, Iowa, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, in rural Washington County.
A celebration of life service is at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington with Jean Wollenberg officiating. Interment will be at Sandy Hook Cemetery in rural Brighton.
Visitation begins at noon Thursday at funeral home (sic) with family receiving friends form 5-7 p.m.
A memorial has been established.

Mr. KNERR was born Aug. 4, 1965 in Iowa City, the son of Larry and Mary CRAWFORD KNERR.
He graduated from Washington High School in 1984.
He lived most of his life in Washington, Iowa and lived in Indiana for nine years. He worked at Engineered Plastic Components in Kalona.
He enjoyed fishing and golfing. He enjoyed following Iowa Hawkeye Football, the Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Cardinals Baseball.
Survivors include his mom, Mary KNERR of Washington, Iowa; and two brothers, Larry Lee KNERR of West Chester and Brian KNERR of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry KNERR; a sister Linda; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Beatrice CRAWFORD; and paternal grandparents, Roy and Belva KNERR.
