The service for Leota G. SAMUELSON, 90, who died at 7:25 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 1988, at Parkview Care Center where she had lived since Feb. 2, 1977, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Leigh Olson officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience starting Saturday morning at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Parkview Care Center Activity Fund.
Mrs. SAMUELSON was born Oct. 17, 1897, at Salina, the daughter of Claus and Lillie PETERSEN LUNQUIST. She lived most of her life in Jefferson County, for many years in the Packwood community. She attended Free Methodist Church. She married Nathan SAMUELSON Oct. 12, 1936, at Brighton. He died in April 1945.
She is survived by a daughter, Leilani CLOKE of Burlington, two grandsons, two nephews and two nieces. Two sisters and an infant brother preceded her in death.
